Returning jewelry:

Jewelry that is available immediately can be returned free of charge within 14 days after receiving the order. However, jewelry that is made to order cannot be returned.

For silver jewelry, use a silver polishing cloth for general cleaning. Once your jewelry is clean, store it separately in your jewelry box with the jewelry separated by a soft cloth or jewelry bag. This helps to avoid scratching the jewelry along with other jewelry. In general, prolonged contact with water, such as showering or bathing with your jewelry, should be avoided. Do not expose jewelry to cleaning products or other chemicals such as body lotions, hair sprays, suntan lotions, oils or any other type of product.
