Refund policy
Within 14 days from the receipt of goods (as per Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law (PTAL)), you may return or exchange any item purchased from the online store www.lolamasan.com if:
- The item does not fit in size, or
- A manufacturing defect was discovered upon receipt of the item*.
* The seller is not responsible for defects that occurred after the item was handed over to the buyer, or for defects resulting from improper use of the item.
Conditions for Returning Goods
Returned items must be:
- In their original packaging;
- Without any signs of use (all labels and protective stickers must be intact), and free from any damage indicating that the item has been used*;
- Accompanied by all original invoices, receipts, and other documents proving the purchase.
* www.lolamasan.com reserves the right to refuse the return of an item if there are no proof of purchase documents, the item has been used or damaged, it is not in its original packaging, any parts are missing, the label is missing, or the original stickers have been removed.
Return Procedure
If you decide to return an item, please contact us via email at info@lolamasan.com, providing your name, surname, order number, and the reason for the return. We will contact you to arrange the return method:
- By sending the item through an Omniva parcel terminal. In this case, wait for our staff to contact you and send you a return application form. The item must be properly packaged, include proof of purchase documents, and a completed return application form.
**Important!** You are responsible for the safety of the goods during shipping!
Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the return policy, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. If all return conditions are met, we will refund the money within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item.
The refund will be made according to the original payment method or to the account you specified in the return request.
Dispute resolution procedure
In matters that are not discussed in these terms and conditions, the Buyer and the Seller undertake to comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.
The parties resolve all disputes between the Seller and the Buyer through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or correspondence, the Parties will resolve the dispute in the court of the Republic of Latvia, observing the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller can be referred to the Consumer Rights Protection Center or the court of the Republic of Latvia for resolution.
The buyer also has the right to appeal to the European Union dispute settlement institutions.
