Jewelry Usage
Lola Masan Jewelry must be stored in a dry and dark place. Periodically clean the jewelry with a dry cloth to maintain its original shine. Avoid contact with any liquids (water, beverages, cleaning agents, etc.) as well as creams. Remember that jewelry should be the final touch to your appearance, applied only after using perfume or hairspray. Remove jewelry before going to the sauna, shower, pool, or swimming.
Warranty
Each item from "Pearls Box" comes with a twenty-year warranty from the date of purchase, provided the care and storage conditions mentioned above are followed. Under this warranty, the item will be repaired or, at the discretion of "Pearls Box", replaced with a new identical item or another item of equivalent value. The "Pearls Box" warranty does not cover items that, at the discretion of "Pearls Box", have been damaged due to improper use or unsuccessful repair attempts by the buyer.
"Pearls Box" is not responsible for any other damages incurred during the use of "Pearls Box" products.
Returns
You have the right to return an item and receive a refund (or another item) within 14 days of purchase. For returns or exchanges, write a free-form email to info@lolamasan.com. The payment will be refunded within 14 days to the same card or account from which the payment was made. Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned.
User Data Security
SIA "Pearls Box", Reg. No. LV 40203011916, Robežu iela 8, Ikšķile LV-5052 (hereinafter referred to as Pearls Box) has taken all necessary measures to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent its unjustified access by third parties.
During the visit and use of the Pearls Box store, Pearls Box may receive information containing personal data:
1.1 Directly obtaining personal data (name and surname, phone number, and email address);
1.2 Indirectly obtaining information (e.g., using cookies and other technical means to monitor the use of Pearls Box).
The personal data of buyers is processed by Pearls Box in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law and other regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia governing the processing and protection of personal data. When processing and storing the personal data of buyers, Pearls Box uses organizational and technical means to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful disclosure, alteration, or any other unlawful processing.
By purchasing goods offered in the Pearls Box online store, the buyer agrees and allows Pearls Box to register, enter, store, systematize, use, and process the buyer's personal data, as well as data that the buyer will provide to the seller in the future, to the extent necessary for the following purposes:
4.1 Data processing results from Pearls Box buyer orders, contractual obligations, or data processing is necessary to conclude the relevant contract (transaction);
4.2 Data is necessary for identifying and accounting for buyers;
4.3 Data is necessary for sending commercial communications (email and/or SMS);
4.4 Data is necessary to fulfill other obligations arising from contractual obligations or from the relevant contracts (transactions).
Pearls Box ensures the protection and security of buyers' personal data, and their non-disclosure to third parties, to the extent provided by the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law and other regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia governing the processing and protection of personal data, except for the seller's partners who ensure the delivery of goods purchased in the Pearls Box online store, to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
The buyer has the right to request the supplementation or correction of their personal data, as well as to stop processing or destroy them if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, incorrect, or no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. The buyer can change or delete the entered data in their user account or inform Pearls Box.
By submitting a written, justified request, the buyer has the right to receive the following information:
6.1 What data about the buyer has been obtained, the source of data acquisition, when the information included in the data was changed (if allowed by regulatory acts);
6.2 The purpose of personal data processing, information about personal data recipients;
6.3 Information about whether data has been processed automatically.
Buyers' personal data will be stored no longer than required by regulatory acts. The buyer can request the deletion of their data at any time.
Personal Data Recipients
Pearls Box may transfer the Client's personal data to the following personal data recipients, if not contrary to applicable regulatory acts: in cases specified by law, if requested by any state institution and authorized bodies, courts, sworn notaries, and bailiffs.
Persons related to the functioning and business development of the Pearls Box company, including but not limited to data storage service providers, advertising and marketing service providers, and other service providers related to Pearls Box's obligation fulfillment regarding orders placed in the online store, such as couriers, other postal and delivery service providers, accounting and financial service providers, including leasing services for the Client, including but not limited to: legal consultants, financial consultants and auditors, communication, postal and information technology service providers. In such cases, Pearls Box provides or receives from third parties the Client's personal data to the extent necessary to ensure the respective service or activity.

Gift Card Terms
1. Gift cards can be purchased on our website www.lolamasan.com
2. Each gift card is valid for 12 months from the moment of purchase.
3. Gift cards can be used to purchase jewelry from our store both online and in person.
4. A gift card can only be used for one purchase, and its value must be used in full. If the purchase amount is less than the nominal value of the gift card, the balance will not be refunded.
5. If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the missing amount can be paid with cash or a payment card.
6. Gift cards are not accepted back and cannot be exchanged for money.
7. The buyer can gift or transfer the gift card to another person. If the gift card is used by a third party, the responsibility for its use and compliance with the rules lies with the new user.
8. After the expiration date or in case of loss of the gift card, it's value is not compensated.
9. Damaged or spoiled gift cards are not accepted back and are not replaced with new ones. SIA Pearls Box is not responsible for the loss or damage of the gift card.
10. SIA Pearls Box reserves the right to change these terms and conditions and inform about the changes on the website www.lolamasan.com.
Payment rules
The settlement currency on the site is Euro. The purchase can be paid for by choosing the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS:
Latvian internet bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor
Estonian online bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
Lithuanian internet bank payments: Swedbank, SEB and Luminor
Visa/Mastercard payments
NB! Using the online banking payment method, confirm the order and click the "Return to merchant" button.
Personal data required for making payments are transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.
The contract comes into force upon successful payment to the bank account of the online store. If for some reason it will not be possible to fulfill the order, the Buyer will be informed about it and the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after receiving the notification.
The goods are delivered to all countries of the world. Purchased goods are delivered using: you can write here, parcel delivery partner, courier, pick up from the office in Ikšķile at the Pearsl Box office. All fees and taxes that must be paid to receive the shipment at the delivery destination must be borne by the Buyer. Shipping costs are displayed before the order is confirmed. The purchased goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, write here how many days the delivery will be made within 3-21 working days.
In exceptional cases, we have the right to send the goods up to 45 calendar days after informing the customer.
